About the role

Alfath Property is committed to providing integrated solutions in the property sector. We focus on development, construction, and hospitality management, creating an integrated ecosystem that includes productive properties such as villas and boarding houses, as well as residential projects throughout Indonesia. This role involves marketing and promoting property units to prospective buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote property units (houses, boarding houses, villas)
• Collect and manage prospective buyer databases
• Conduct follow-up with prospects via phone, messaging, and meetings
• Deliver product presentations to prospective consumers
• Arrange and accompany property location visits
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through to closing stage

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales/marketing
• Neat appearance with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with high sales motivation
• Willing to be placed in Malang city
