Marketing Gimmick & Sampling Support (FMCG, Contract)

Job Description:

1. Gimmick Management – Affiliates

• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to support gimmick procurement and related activities.

• Create and maintain purchase order (PO) trackers and follow up to ensure POs are issued on time.

• Coordinate and manage gimmick shipments to Orbiz, top creators, and affiliates.

• Ensure gimmick information is accurately reflected and updated on new product detail pages (PDP) in a timely manner.

• Monitor and track gimmick stock availability to support affiliate activities.

2. Product Sampling Management – Affiliates

• Coordinate with affiliate agencies and SBM teams to ensure sampling activities are executed according to the campaign brief.

• Create and maintain sample PO trackers and follow up to ensure POs are issued on time.

• Coordinate and manage sample shipments to top creators and affiliates.

• Monitor and track sample stock levels to ensure availability for planned sampling activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Employment Status: Contract under Adecco.

• Previous experience in administrative support, digital commerce, e-commerce operations, marketing operations, or campaign coordination is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking purchase orders, shipments, and inventory.

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
