Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join PT Mitraindo Adi Perkasa in Krian, East Java.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media

• Create compelling marketing content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences and support business objectives

• Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance monitoring

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand guidelines compliance

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise future initiatives

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations

• Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors involved in marketing activities

• Assist in the development of marketing plans and budgets aligned with company goals

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing support, or a related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Proven analytical ability with experience interpreting marketing data and metrics

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments

• Familiarity with graphic design software or video editing tools is a plus

• Experience with marketing automation tools or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous
