Marketing & Business Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking an energetic, communicative, and professional Marketing & Business Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to serve as the front line of our business communication and expansion.

In this role, you will not only act as a vital communication bridge between the Management and external stakeholders, but also play an active role in representing our brand image, delivering pitch presentations, and supporting our marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be company's representative in presenting products, services, or business proposals to third-party clients and partners in Mandarin.

• Assist in developing presentation materials and marketing communication strategies tailored to target clients and audiences.

• Accompany the Director/Executive in internal and external meetings with third parties.

• Facilitate smooth communication and bridge language barriers between the Director (Mandarin Speaker) and third parties via both spoken interpretation and written translation.

• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and proactively follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders post-meeting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:

  • Proficient/Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written), English, and Indonesian.

  • Minimum HSK Level 5 certification (or equivalent).

• Education & Background:

  • Graduates from Chinese universities or individuals with prior experience living/studying in China are highly preferred.

  • Fresh graduates who meet the language requirements are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with strong time management and follow-up skills.
