Marketing associate

About the role

We are a construction company opening an opportunity for someone passionate in sales to join our team as a sales/marketing associate. As part of our team, you will be responsible for finding and building relationships with clients, offering products, conducting negotiations through to closing deals, compiling periodic sales reports, and achieving set sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with clients (contractors, developers, architects, government/private institutions)

• Offer products

• Conduct negotiations until closing deals

• Compile periodic sales reports

• Achieve set sales targets

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sales, preferably in construction, architecture, or building materials

• Have a wide network in the world of architecture and interior design

• Have leadership and communication skills that are very good

• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Able to develop strategies and create effective market analysis

• Minimum S1 education (Management, Marketing, Architecture, or similar)
