Marketing & Affiliate Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with content creators and affiliates (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.)

• Manage and monitor affiliate program performance to drive and achieve sales targets.

• Develop engaging marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Analyze market trends and generate regular affiliate performance reports.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding product samples and campaign details.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate/Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Relations, or Digital Marketing.

• Solid understanding of affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc.)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, creative, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a team
