About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Security, Parking & Safety to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, this is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all security operations, parking management and safety protocols across our apartment complex. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of residents, their assets and the facility, whilst maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic approach to security management combined with hands-on operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, procedures and protocols that comply with local regulations and international best practices

• Managing and supervising a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management

• Overseeing parking operations, including allocation, maintenance of parking facilities and enforcement of parking regulations

• Conducting regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and implement preventative measures

• Managing CCTV systems, access control systems, parking systems and other security technologies to ensure optimal coverage and functionality

• Responding to security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining detailed incident reports and follow-up documentation

• Liaising with local law enforcement, emergency services and external security providers as necessary

• Conducting safety audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility

• Developing and delivering security awareness training and safety briefings to residents and staff

• Managing security budgets and identifying cost-effective solutions without compromising on safety standards

• Maintaining regular communication with residents regarding security matters and addressing concerns promptly

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality, property management or residential sector.

• Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and leading operational staff in a supervisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of security and parking systems, access control technologies and CCTV operations

• Excellent understanding of parking management best practices and facility maintenance protocols

• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident management and emergency response procedures

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders

• Proficiency in security management software and basic IT literacy

• Valid security license or certification relevant to Indonesia (preferred) GADA UTAMA & Ahli K3 Umum.

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; additional languages are advantageous

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Physical ability to conduct regular facility inspections and respond to emergencies
