Manager Area (Retail)

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned stores and areas

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company business objectives

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities

• Monitor store KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance

• Lead, coach, and evaluate store teams to improve productivity and achieve targets

• Ensure all assigned stores comply with company SOPs, operational standards, and visual merchandising guidelines

• Develop assigned areas through customer acquisition, market expansion, and new store opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders

• Monitor and support marketing and promotional activities in the field

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalated issues effectively
