Management Trainee – Finance

We are seeking a high-potential and motivated Management Trainee – Finance Specialist to join our dynamic corporate finance team. This intensive program is designed to develop future financial leaders through hands-on experience, rigorous training, and mentorship in accounting, financial analysis, and tax management.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Support the tax compliance team in preparing corporate tax returns and staying updated on local tax laws.

• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to assist management in strategic decision-making.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax from reputable universities including Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), or Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

• Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of relevant experience in finance or accounting are encouraged to apply.

• Strong academic background with a competitive GPA.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
