Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems used in manufacturing equipment.

• Proficient in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and control system diagnostics.

• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, machinery optimization, and equipment reliability improvement.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, PLC logic, and technical drawings.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of safety standards, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and lean maintenance practices is an advantage.
