Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma 3 in engineering or related field

• Having experience minimum 3 years as Plant Maintenance Supervisor in Manufacturing is a must

• Familiar with PLC, HMI and automatic control system

• Having the ability to identify potential problems through routine inspections of production machines & utilities (compressors, generators, forklifts, electricity).

• Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose equipment and systems

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Ensure the implementation of periodic monitoring of machine and production equipment performance.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.

• Propose measurable corrective actions based on historical equipment analysis.

• Monitor equipment performance and manage repairs and upgrades.

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify issues and improve performance.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair costs.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production goals.
