About the role

You will own warehousing and distribution for our wholesale business in Indonesia. You'll manage our 3PL and logistics partners, make sure wholesale partner orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and lead the setup of new warehousing projects as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the order-to-delivery process for wholesale partners, from order release through picking, dispatch and delivery confirmation, in coordination with Sales and Merchandising.

• Manage 3PL warehouse and transport providers: set and monitor SLAs, run regular performance reviews, audit operations, and drive corrective actions.

• Track and improve KPIs: order accuracy, on-time dispatch and delivery, inventory accuracy, damage and shortage rate, and cost per order.

• Be the main logistics contact for wholesale partners: handle delivery queries, shortages, damages and returns, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

• Control inventory with 3PLs through cycle counts, reconciliations and stock reporting.

• Lead new project implementation, such as onboarding a new 3PL or warehouse site, and design SOPs, system setup, go-live and stabilization.

• Plan for peak periods and launches and manage storage and freight costs against budget.

• Prepare regular operations reports and recommend process improvements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related field

• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution or logistics operations, ideally in apparel, footwear, FMCG or retail wholesale

• Experience managing 3PL or logistics vendors against SLAs

• Working knowledge of WMS or ERP and strong Excel skills

• Fluent in Indonesian and English

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
