Loading & Unloading Staff

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of packages from/to vehicles according to operational procedures

• Ensure packages are handled properly to prevent damage during the transfer process

• Sort and place packages according to area, destination, or delivery route

• Verify package quantities match available data or documents

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of loading and unloading areas

• Support smooth warehouse operational processes as needed

• Report package damage or operational issues to the supervisor/manager

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Good physical condition and able to perform lifting and moving activities

• Attentive, disciplined, responsible, and able to work towards targets

• Able to work individually and as part of a team

• Willing to work in shifts and in a warehouse environment

• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
