Legal & Litigation Senior Manager

Job Description :

• Conduct thorough contract reviews, analyse legal cases, and provide accurate and effective legal opinions and advice for the company's litigation cases.

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, legal partners, notaries, and government officials.

• Handle both criminal and civil cases occurring within the corporate environment (Pidana, Perdata, and TUN).

• Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to the relevant division leaders.

• Prepare necessary documents for both internal and external use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University.

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in corporate legal, litigation, and commercial law in same position.

• Preferably possess an advocate license.

• Good understanding of laws and regulations, with the ability to stay updated, be proactive, and take initiative.

• The applicants must be willing travel for business purposes as required.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
