Legal Leader Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, corporate law, and corporate compliance.

• Proven experience in legal affairs, compliance, or a related field; leadership experience is preferred.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Confident and assertive in expressing professional opinions, presenting suggestions, and challenging decisions when necessary.

• Able to communicate legal risks clearly and provide well-reasoned recommendations to management.

• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

• Provide clear, practical, and strategic legal advice to management and relevant departments.

• Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, legal documents, and corporate legal matters.

• Identify potential legal risks and recommend effective solutions to protect the company's interests.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations.

• Lead corporate compliance activities and coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and support the legal team in delivering effective legal services and maintaining compliance.
