Learning Partner Supervisor (Talent Pool)

Job Description

1. Collaborate with business partners to identify organizational and individual training needs.
2. Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align learning priorities with business objectives.
3. Facilitate training programs for both operational and head office employees.
4. Design and develop training materials, syllabi, and curriculum tailored to organizational requirements.
5. Execute on-the-job training and field observations to reinforce knowledge application.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness up to Level 3 (behavioral change) to ensure measurable impact.
7. Drive talent development initiatives to build a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer; exposure to Gadget, Electronics, or Fashion industries is an advantage.
3. Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
5. Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems or gadget Freak will be advantage.
6. Highly communicative, proactive, and dependable with strong initiative.
7. Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
8. Willing to travel and conduct mobile training sessions.
9. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
