About the role

This role involves overseeing production operations, managing operator performance, and ensuring compliance with production standards, quality specifications, and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize task allocation and monitor operator performance

• Ensure readiness of personnel, work areas, machinery, bulk materials, packaging materials, and production documents

• Ensure line clearance is conducted to prevent contamination and product mix-up

• Oversee filling, coding, labelling, packing, and product stacking processes

• Ensure production output meets specifications and targets

• Coordinate with IPC/QC when discrepancies are found

• Separate and identify reject, quarantine, or rework products

• Accurately record output, reject, material usage, and downtime

• Ensure implementation of hygiene, sanitation, PPE, occupational safety, and 5R practices

• Report production constraints to Production Supervisor

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 is a plus

• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing production

• Preferred experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries

• Understanding of filling and packing processes and basic CPKB principles

• Able to read SOP and complete production documents

• Able to calculate output, reject, yield, and downtime

• Leadership, organizational, and operator coaching capabilities

• Firm, disciplined, detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible

• Able to work with targets and shift systems

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
