Law Firm Internship

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated final-year law student or recent law graduate to join our team as a Legal Intern. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in corporate law, investment licensing, legal compliance, and legal drafting within a dynamic professional environment.

What you'll be doing

• Researching legal issues and preparing memoranda on corporate and commercial law matters

• Assisting in the drafting and review of commercial agreements, contracts and legal documents

• Supporting senior lawyers with case preparation and legal analysis

• Conducting legal research using both online databases and traditional resources

• Attending client meetings and legal proceedings to observe and learn

• Assisting with due diligence processes for corporate transactions

• Supporting the maintenance of client files and legal documentation

• Contributing to the general administrative functions of the law firm

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent qualification)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent research and analytical abilities

• Keen interest in corporate and commercial law

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Preferred: Previous internship or work experience in a legal environment

• Preferred: Knowledge of Indonesian law or business practices
