About the role

We are seeking a responsible, disciplined candidate with strong work ethic to join as a Motorcycle Courier at a clinical health laboratory. In addition to courier duties, this position also assists with daily operational work as an Office Boy and Cleaning Service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, laboratory samples, equipment, or operational needs as directed

• Ensure items, documents, and samples reach their destination safely and on time

• Maintain operational vehicles in good and clean condition

• Assist with office and laboratory operational needs

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, rooms, toilets, and common facilities

• Perform cleaning work including sweeping, mopping, cleaning desks, glass, and other areas

• Help prepare and organize rooms and operational needs

• Assist with other general work as needed by the company

• Maintain courteous, friendly, and professional attitude towards patients, customers, doctors, healthcare staff, and colleagues

• Maintain confidentiality of documents and information related to laboratory operations

About you

• Active Class C driving license and able to ride a motorcycle

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent

• Physically healthy and able to perform field work and cleaning tasks

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and with strong work ethic

• Diligent, quick, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team

• Good and polite communication skills

• Willing to perform courier work while assisting Office Boy and Cleaning Service tasks

• Preferred: experience as a courier, office boy, cleaning service, or other operational work
