KOL Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with various leading influencers in the cosmetics/beauty and pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand image through strategic collaborations. We prioritise collaboration and open up creative space for you to develop and grow the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact KOL/influencers in the beauty field for affiliate and barter collaborations, particularly on TikTok and Shopee platforms
• Analyse trends and identify KOL/affiliates with high performance potential and viral opportunities
• Build and maintain good relationships with creators to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure all campaigns run smoothly
• Monitor, record, and analyse the performance of each campaign
• Ensure achievement of monthly affiliate targets set by the company
• Manage and develop brand community to increase loyalty and strengthen long-term brand connection

About you

• 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing (preferably in the beauty industry)
• Able to communicate and negotiate well
• Understand how to track performance and prepare reports
• Organised, detail-oriented, and results-oriented
• Able to work to targets according to deadlines
• Have interest and knowledge of the beauty, skincare, and social media world
• Willing to work from office (Monday-Saturday)
• Willing to be placed in Citra Raya, Cikupa
