Affiliate Marketing Admin

About the role

In this role, you will be the main liaison between the brand and the affiliate network that supports sales growth through the affiliate marketing platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the cooperation process with affiliators, from selection to execution, runs smoothly and on time. We strongly prioritize collaboration and open up creative space for you to develop and grow the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct search and selection of affiliators according to brand needs
• Perform communication, negotiation, and coordination of cooperation with affiliators
• Manage the process of sending product samples to affiliators
• Ensure samples are received by affiliators by confirming and following up on shipment status
• Ensure affiliators execute and complete Scope of Work (SOW) according to applicable terms and deadlines
• Record and update affiliator data and cooperation status regularly

About you

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent in any field; experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or administration is a plus
• Able to communicate and negotiate well
• Accustomed to administrative work, data recording, and cross-team coordination
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cooperations simultaneously
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Have an interest in the world of affiliate marketing, social media, and e-commerce
• Willing to work from office (Monday–Saturday)
• Willing to be placed in Citra Raya, Cikupa
