Kitchen Staff

About the role

Sun Shooters Bar & Grill is looking for a Kitchen Staff member to join our team in a busy restaurant environment in Kerobokan, Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients according to daily kitchen requirements

• Cook and prepare dishes according to Sun Shooters recipes and standards

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation

• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised

• Assist with stock checking and food preparation

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs

• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and kitchen team

• Help ensure the kitchen is fully prepared and running smoothly during service

• Support the team during busy periods and maintain a professional attitude

About you

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Willing to work shifts

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
