CUSTOMER SERVICE – VISA SERVICES
We are looking for a Customer Service to join our team in the visa and immigration services industry.
Job Description
Handle client inquiries and communication, provide information regarding visa services, requirements, and fees, follow up on documents and payments, provide application updates, and coordinate with the Admin and Operations teams.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented. Good English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration is a plus.
