About the role

Lead and oversee all warehouse operations and warehouse staff team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to all outlets

• Ensure stock accuracy and lead periodic stock takes

• Control raw material usage and minimize discrepancies and damaged/expired goods

• Create stock requirement planning and coordinate with purchasing, production, and outlets

• Prepare stock reports, goods movement reports, and monthly evaluations

• Implement cleanliness standards, food safety, and occupational health and safety in the warehouse area

• Create work schedules and train and evaluate team performance
