Junior Product Manager

• Maintain relationship with Overseas University or Representative
• Create new relationship with Overseas University or Representative
• Create events to attract student to join/registration to Overseas University or Representative
• Developing education market in Overseas University
• Assist Product Manager in finding out good selection on products regarding universities and colleges around the allocated countries.
• Assist Product Manager in negotiation with partner institution for agency agreement
• Maintaining a good and proactive relationship with stakeholders.
• Monitoring sales progress.
• Monitoring Sunnies as our CRM and our partner institution’s CRM
• Devising marketing and sales strategy
• Deliver training and Product Knowledge to counselors, admissions, and managers
• Controlling and monitoring social media content

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in any major (overseas graduates are preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Experience in the education or overseas education industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, mature, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Comfortable working with international partners and internal sales/marketing teams.
• Willing to work Full WFO in Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
