Junior Intimate Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for intimate apparel, including bras, panties, lingerie and other related products.

• Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and materials.

• Create design concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.

• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, colors, and accessories for each collection.

• Collaborate with the pattern-making, sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.

• Monitor sample development and provide feedback to achieve the desired design and quality.

• Ensure that all designs meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in intimate apparel, lingerie, underwear, or garment design.

• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and pattern development.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to follow fashion trends.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in garment or textile manufacturing is an advantage.
