Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
Support Agile ceremonies, project documentation, and regular status reporting.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and requirements.
Utilize AI tools and prompting techniques to improve project management efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking business processes.
Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques.
Good to excellent skills in work planning, scope management, resource management, risk/issue management, quality management, and change management.
Strong communication, logical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of software development or IT technical concepts is a plus.
