Jr. Product Manager

About the role

Jr Product Manager for Gastro Hepato in the Wellness 2 - Sales department. The role is based in Jakarta and involves managing pharmaceutical products in the gastroenterology and hepatology space, working across brand strategy, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Brand strategy and planning

• Marketing execution, campaign and reporting

• KOL and key customers engagement

• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain

• Product training and sales support

• Growing existing products

• Creating impactful marketing activities

• Product communication through scientific approach

• Managing KOLs from Gastro Hepato/Ped

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management

• Strong understanding of HCP engagement in ethical marketing

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, creativity, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage
