Japanese Assistant Staff

As our business lines expand, we are currently opening a job vacancy for a Japanese Assistant Staff position, with the following job description and qualifications:

Required skills, qualifications, and experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) Level N3

• Ability to translate and interpret accurately between Japanese, English, and Indonesian in business contexts.

• Good organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Ability to work on-site full time in Semarang

• Previous experience in an assistant, liaison, or interpreter role, ideally in manufacturing, apparel, or corporate settings, is an advantage.
