IT Project Manager – DevOps

• Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a 40-person cross-functional team consisting of DevOps, QA, and Technical Writer.
• Act as the key technical and project counterpart for BRI stakeholders.
• Oversee DevOps delivery covering CI/CD, cloud/infrastructure, containerization, monitoring, security, and deployment processes.
• Coordinate technical delivery, project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear project deliverables. Monitor project progress, quality, SLA, risks, and technical issues.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, DevOps, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and BRI stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction and challenge the team when necessary. Drive issue resolution and escalation for critical technical blockers.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure, DevOps, Technical Project Management, or related roles.
• Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Infrastructure, CI/CD, and software delivery processes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with multiple technical functions. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams of 20+ people; experience managing 30–40+ team members is highly preferred.
• Hands-on understanding of CI/CD pipeline, source control, containerization, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Familiar with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and system integration.
• Experienced in managing project scope, timeline, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and senior management.
• Strong ability to translate technical issues into business impact and actionable decisions. Experienced in working with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Experience in banking/financial services projects is highly preferred.
