IT Product Specialist

Job description:

• Assist in managing the product development cycle from ideation to release.

• Translate user needs and business qoals into clear product requirements and documentation.

• Support backlog grooming and prioritization.

• Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, and QA during product development.

• Track and analyze product performance using relevant KPI.

• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field.

• 3+ years in IT product, business analysis, or related functions.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools, Basic understanding of UI/UX and technical documentation.

• Experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) or related trading/order management platforms.

• Experience in the securities industry, with exposure to stock exchanges and exchange-related processes.
