IT Product Owner / Product Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Own product deliverables across engagements, from locked scope to trade-off calls

• Run weekly client cadence, demos, training, and change management for adoption

• Lead Product Consultants and Designers, and decide change requests with the Technical Lead

• Map client processes and write testable acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then) to ensure client-facing solutions are correctly delivered

• Manage client data quality and write UAT scenarios that validate the problem is truly solved

• Maintain clear documentation, including decision logs, change logs, and weekly reports, as the team's source of truth

About you

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management or Consulting, including engagements with client directors

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Delivery Consulting

• Strong UI/UX portfolio with a case study demonstrating design taste

• Proven ability to lead organizational change and adoption, including board-level presentations

• Strong at writing clear, testable specifications and acceptance criteria

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client stakeholder communication

• Analytical, client-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful product solutions
