1. Network Engineer

2. IT System Support

We are currently hiring for two positions: Network Engineer and IT System Support.

1. Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and develop network infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.

• Handle network security infrastructure including firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, and related security systems.

• Support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

• Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for network implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Maintain network documentation and configuration records.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Infrastructure.

• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless infrastructure, and TCP/IP.

• Experience with network security such as Firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, WAF, SIEM, Anti-DDoS, or related technologies.

• Knowledge of VoIP and IP PABX is an advantage.

• Understanding of WAN Optimization / WAN Acceleration is an advantage.

• CCNA certification is preferred/required.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

2. IT System Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT infrastructure and system support for Head Office operations.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems.

• Support LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and other network infrastructure.

• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and endpoint devices.

• Support Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

• Manage NAS, backup, and replication activities.

• Support virtualization environments and Linux systems.

• Perform basic SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.

• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Information Management, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT System Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012–2019 and Active Directory.

• Good knowledge of Windows 10–11 and PowerShell.

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.

• Understanding of SD-WAN and WAN Optimization.

• Experience with Endpoint Security and Antivirus systems.

• Knowledge of Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

• Experience with NAS, Backup & Replication.

• Understanding of virtualization and Linux.

• Basic knowledge of SQL Server 2012–2016.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to be assigned outside the area when required.

• Willing to work on Saturday duty/piket when required
