IT Performance Tester

• Design, develop, and execute performance and load testing for applications and systems.
• Create and maintain performance test scenarios, scripts, and test data using Apache JMeter.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to identify system performance issues.
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, performance degradation, and system capacity issues.
• Work closely with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance test reports, analysis, and recommendations for system improvement.
• Monitor system performance during testing using relevant APM and monitoring tools.
• Support performance testing throughout the SDLC and ensure applications meet defined performance criteria.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performance Tester / Performance Engineer / QA Engineer with performance testing experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experienced in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, JSON, and web applications.
• Able to analyze response time, throughput, TPS, error rate, and resource utilization.
• Familiar with SQL/database performance analysis.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
