IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer

• Manage, maintain, and optimize core enterprise IT Infrastructure, ensuring network devices, physical/virtual servers, and underlying operating systems run efficiently.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-tier network and server issues across all levels of the OSI Layer.
• Design, configure, and scale server environments and cloud-adjacent architectures to guarantee system reliability.
• Provide high-tier technical support to customers, explaining infrastructure setups or resolution steps in a clear, concise manner.
• Drive proactive system updates and minimize downtime through rapid response routines (fast response).
• Maintain good communication with multi national principals.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in an IT-based major.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Deep understanding of the OSI Layer concept.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical, hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure (including Networks, Servers, and Operating Systems).
• Holding a minimum certification of CompTIA Server+, Cloud+, or an equivalent server/cloud certification is highly preferred.
• Professional communication skills when consulting or supporting customers.
• High commitment to tasks, excellent punctuality, and a fast-response mindset during environment outages.
