IT Application Staff (Project Based)

About the role

Design and develop web, mobile, and internal business applications. You will analyze business and system requirements to support application development, develop and enhance internal systems such as HRIS, portals, dashboards, and other business applications, and develop and integrate databases and APIs to support system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to support application development

• Design and develop web, mobile, and internal business applications

• Develop and enhance internal systems such as HRIS, portals, dashboards, and other business applications

• Develop and integrate databases and APIs to support system integration

• Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide application support and knowledge transfer to users

• Ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, and company IT standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Application, Software Development, or related roles

• Proficient in PHP, preferably with Laravel, and/or Flutter for mobile development

• Good understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, and system integration

• Familiar with SDLC, requirement gathering, testing, debugging, and deployment

• Experience with Git/version control is a plus

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, POS, or other enterprise systems is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work with project timelines and deadlines
