International Trade Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Market Expansion & Sourcing: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with potential buyers and suppliers across China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

• End-to-End Exim Operations: Oversee and manage the complete export flow process from our manufacturing facility in Indonesia to international customers, as well as the import flow process from suppliers' factories in Greater China to Indonesia.

• Translation & Communication: Accurately translate business documents, contracts, and technical specifications from Chinese to Indonesian, serving as the primary liaison and maintaining strong relationships with Greater China counterparts.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in International Trade, Export-Import (Supervisory experience is a plus).

2. Mandarin proficiency (min. HSK 3–4 is a must)

3. In-depth understanding of Export-Import procedures and regulations.

4. Proactive, possessing sharp negotiation skills, and able to work independently in developing market strategies.

5. Responsibility to open and develop overseas market and understand about export government formalities

6. Having a wide network with overseas business channels

7. Able to work under pressure with productive target
