As an International Class Management Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering the university's Tri Dharma of Higher Education—education, research, and community engagement—while contributing to the continuous development of the institution.Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences by leveraging educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
• Conduct impactful research aligned with the study program's research roadmap.
• Participate in meaningful community engagement and service initiatives.
• Foster academic excellence while upholding the values of Integrity, Professionalism, and Entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to be assigned within the institutions under Yayasan Ciputra Pendidikan based on organizational needs.
• Continuously develop expertise and stay current with emerging trends in business, management, and entrepreneurship.

Persyaratan

• Master's or Doctoral academic background in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Holds a minimum academic functional rank of Lecturer (Lektor).Has obtained a Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree or is in the final stage of completing a doctoral program.
• Strong interest in advancing the field of Entrepreneurship.
• Proven research track record with publications in reputable national and/or international journals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to teach in an international learning environment, are highly preferred.
