Job Description

• Develop effective and efficient Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policy (operations, SHE, sales, F&A) in line with company best interest

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement SOP and policies

• Monitor and ensure enforcement of the SOP & policies and identify necessary adjustment needed

• Collect audit reports for SOP & policy breach and propose recommendation for improvement

• Manage company SOP database including land transport, operations and sea transport

• Perform meaningful analysis and provide recommendation
  

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering / Accountancy

• 8 years experience in related position

• Having skills audits & data analysis

• Experience in manage SOP, ISO, audit compliance & document control

• Time management (planning, deadlines)

• Able to work independently and cross-functionally

• Can travel for audits
