Internal Control

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.

• 2-3 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or related fields.

• Proven experience participating in or supporting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.

• Strong ability to prepare and present related reports and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to collaborate effectively and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ERP systems and internal control processes.

• Establish functional segregation of duties and responsibilities.

• Review and improve internal control procedures as needed.

• Monitor compliance with company policies and established procedures.
