Infrastructure Operations Manager

About the role

Lead daily operations across EwasteRJ's e-waste processing facilities. You will manage site operations, lead operational teams, maintain material traceability, and improve the systems and processes that support efficient and accountable e-waste management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across EwasteRJ's processing facilities, including workflow, staffing, safety, and overall site performance.

• Manage and develop teams responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing e-waste.

• Ensure end-to-end material traceability, from intake and classification to processing and handover.

• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and supporting documentation.

• Develop and improve SOPs to ensure consistent and scalable operations.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements.

• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Coordinate operational handovers with internal teams, vendors, and ecosystem partners.

• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.

About you

• 1–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Good understanding of supply chain, material flow, and processing operations.

• Engineering background or relevant experience working with structured operational processes and systems.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management, documentation, and reporting.

• Able to develop clear and practical SOPs.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and AI tools in daily work.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

• Willing to work on-site and travel between operational facilities when required.
