Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00

• Minimum 10 years HR experience, including having worked in a multinational company.

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of manpower laws.

• Good communication skills, leadership, and must be detail oriented.

• Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.

• Preferably holding HR BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) certification.

• Main work location: Sunter, North Jakarta.

Job Description

• Responsible for all human resources functions, including employees engagement, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll and industrial relations.

• Coordinate with external parties including relevant authorities and HR vendors.

• Supervise the HR team.

• Perform any other HR-related tasks as required.
