Human Resources (HR)

An aesthetic clinic located in Petitenget, Badung, Bali is looking for a full-time HR to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR.

• Previous experience working in a corporate environment.

• Strong personality : firm, disciplined, and professional.

• Able to work independently as well as in team.

• Good understanding of HR processes.
  

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Manage HR administration and employee documentation.

• Prepare and manage employment contracts.

• Handle employee benefits and compensation, including BPJS.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Support overall HR operations.
