Human Capital Intern

We are looking for a communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Capital Intern with a strong passion for the retail and luxury jewelry industry. In this role, you will assist the HR team across the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing both frontline retail staff (e.g., Store Manager, Sales Associate) and back-office roles.

Note: High-performing interns may also have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Azurr upon the completion of the internship.

Job Description:

• Post open positions across various job portals (LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, etc.) and actively source potential candidates.

• Review incoming applications against job qualifications, with a focus on retail store positions.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers (Store/Area Managers).

• Conduct interviews to verify basic candidate details, qualifications, and salary expectations.

• Administer, score, and evaluate pre-employment tests or behavioral assessments, providing initial summaries to recruiters.

• Accurately update, track, and maintain candidate profiles, pipeline stages, and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Maintain and update the talent pool and applicant tracking databases to keep candidate statuses organized.

• Assist with recruitment administration (e.g., offer letter preparation, document verification) and support new hire orientation.

Job Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate (fresh graduate) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in Human Resources, specifically Talent Acquisition within the retail, luxury, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.).

• Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
