Job Summary

Support application development by assisting with user requirements and application documentation, while coordinating with HR and IT teams to support HR digitalization and application development processes.

Job Description

• Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements for application development.
• Assist in translating user requirements into system requirements that can be understood by the IT team.
• Assist in preparing application documentation, process flows, and feature requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and IT teams throughout the application development process.

Job Requirements

- An undergraduate student WITH NO ACTIVE CLASSES or fresh graduate with a degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of application development and data analysis.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.|

- Available to join ASAP in September 2026

- Available to work full-time from office, Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30.

- Available to COMMIT to a minimum 6-MONTH INTERNSHIP.
