Human Capital Business Partner Specialist

As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner for business units by ensuring manpower fulfillment, maintaining hiring quality, supporting onboarding effectiveness, and driving human capital initiatives that contribute to business performance

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
2. Partner with branch leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
3. Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
4. Monitor and improve Quality of Hire through candidate assessment and new hire evaluation.
5. Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ensure proper utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
6. Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor completion of mandatory onboarding programs.
7. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Capital.
• Internship experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, interview techniques, and ATS.
• Able to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Willing to travel and support business operations across assigned areas.
