About the role

Lead daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and ensure worker safety readiness before shift commencement. Oversee technical safety in the field with strict supervision, particularly on shotcrete work (specific PPE usage, high-pressure compressor hazards, work at height, and traffic management). Prepare, submit, and ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (SIKA) are approved by HSE Maincon BUMN. Conduct inspections of work equipment and heavy machinery, and ensure validity of SIA (Equipment Permit) and SIO (Operator Permit). Prepare daily/weekly K3 reports (Safe Working Hours, Safety Patrol, Near Miss) for reporting to CV Management and Maincon BUMN. Serve as company representative in routine K3 coordination with Maincon.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly K3 reports (Safe Working Hours, Safety Patrol, Near Miss) for reporting to CV Management and Maincon BUMN

• Serve as company representative in routine K3 coordination with Maincon

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK (D3/S1 in K3 Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred)

• Must have active General K3 Expert Certificate or Construction K3 Expert Certificate (Kemnaker RI)

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as HSE/Safety Officer on civil construction projects (road, slope, or shotcrete projects valued)

• Proficient in standard BUMN project K3 administration (JSA preparation, SIKA/Permit, HIRADC, and K3 reporting)

• Assertive, firm, and communicative in addressing safety violations in the field

• Willing to be placed at Jalan Lintas Selatan Blitar project location
