HSE Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on project sites (construction site).

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and environmental regulations.

• Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to contractors and project teams.

• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain safety standards.

• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports for project records.

• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all project activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or building operations.

• Certification in HSE (AK3U) is a must

• Knowledge of applicable local safety regulations and international standards

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
