HRIS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, and reliable HR reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR systems, data management, and process improvement, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS data, including employee information, organizational structures, and employment records.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data within the system.

• Monitor HRIS functionality and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Coordinate with IT teams and HR stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

• Support HRIS implementation, system upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects.

• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support management decisions.

• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

• Provide system support and guidance to HR users to ensure proper utilization of HRIS features.

• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR administrative processes.

• Ensure HRIS processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems administration, or a related role.

• Familiar with HRIS platforms, HR digitalization, and employee data management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data processing and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data confidentiality.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in the F&B, retail, or multi-outlet industry is highly preferred.
