Position: HRGA Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary: IDR 18,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (Negotiable)

PT Izzo Teknologi Modern are looking for a Head of HRGA who is fluent in Mandarin to lead our people and general affairs functions. You will recruit creative and e-commerce talent, manage company legality and permits, and build a collaborative cross-cultural work environment between China and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Recruit creative talent (videographers, AI editors) and e-commerce teams.

• Manage company legality, executive foreign worker (TKA) permits including KITAS, and BPJS enrollment.

• Build a collaborative cross-cultural (China-Indonesia) work culture.

• Oversee payroll, attendance, employment contracts, and employee administration.

• Manage general affairs, including office facilities, assets, and vendors.

• Develop HR policies and company regulations in line with Indonesian labor law.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of HRGA experience, with strong knowledge of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and business permits.

• Preferably has a recruitment network for creative media and AI talent.

• Good communication in Mandarin and Indonesian.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. English is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.

• Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.
